Last updated: September 2026. This is the terms of service for the iloiDesigns web application (the "Service").
iloiDesigns lets you explore design themes, remix them in a visual editor and publish static websites. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
Basic browsing and remixing are free. Publishing requires a paid iloiDesigns Pro subscription at $59.88 per year, per published site, processed by Lemon Squeezy. Payments renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Subscription → Manage billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude taxes where applicable. Refunds are handled according to the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Each site includes 3 content updates per month.
You keep ownership of the designs, text and images you create or upload. You grant iloiDesigns the technical license needed to store and publish them. Published sites are served publicly — do not publish content you do not have the right to use.
You will not: break the law; infringe third-party rights; publish malware, phishing or hateful content; attempt to bypass limits or security of the Service; or reverse engineer the platform except where the law allows it.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or remove features with reasonable notice when possible.
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 8 and 9) survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iloiDesigns is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD $50 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by the Service.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card number; we only receive payment status and your billing email.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Session and log data are rotated or expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time.
Depending on where you live (EEA/UK/Uruguay and similar), you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Use the support channel inside the Service.
We will announce material changes to this policy inside the Service. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
